Guests staying at the hotel can bathe as many times as they like during the above hours, free of charge, from check-in until 1:00 p.m. on the day of check-out.

There is a fee before check-in and after 13:00 on the check-out day.

If nothing is filled in, the connecting door is closed. Please understand that we cannot accommodate requests on the day. *Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request if there are no connecting rooms available. ・Guests wishing to stay consecutively can do so for a maximum of four nights. ・The hot springs are open during the same hours as the day spas. ・Cancellation fees will be incurred from 7 days prior to the stay. ・For guests travelling by car The parking lot gets very crowded on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If the parking lot becomes full and you have to wait in line, please tell the parking attendant that you are a guest. We have a reserved parking lot exclusively for guests staying at the hotel, so we will give you priority access to it. If there is no parking attendant nearby, please call Seoto no Yu. ・If we determine that it is difficult to ensure the safety of our customers due to a typhoon, snowfall, etc., We regret that we may have to cancel your reservation.
